DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We make our best efforts to cater to the dietary requirements of all of our guests. Please note however, as you are part of a larger class there may be dishes on the menu that cannot be tailored to your specific needs. Providing we have been given advance notice we will ensure that there will be dishes that are suitable for you. We ask that you list your requests and requirements when making a booking and if we feel we need to discuss this with you further we will be in contact.

COST

Class costs vary, please see the class calendar  for pricing of specific classes.
Master Classes by guest chefs are priced individually and can vary greatly, see the calendar for upcoming classes and prices.

DURATION

Class lengths vary, please see the class calendar for details.
Our full day classes run for 5 1/2 hours from 9am to 2.30pm.
Our shorter workshops are generally 2-3 hours.
Guest Chef Master Classes can vary, please see class calendar for details.

For private groups it may be possible to alter start times. 

HOW TO BOOK

Booking is easy. Go to the bookings tab on the website to see our upcoming classes, pricing and the number of spots available for that particular class. Find the class you are interested in and click on BOOK NOW. You will be directed to a page where you will be asked a number of questions and for your payment details. Once all these are completed click on 'Confirm Booking' and an email with your class details will be automatically emailed to you. Should you not receive this email, please check your junk folder in case it was redirected there. Otherwise, email us at

WHAT TO BRING

You do not need to bring anything with you. We will provide you with all the equipment you need for a class. For safety reasons you must wear comfortable closed in shoes for every class.

IS LUNCH INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Yes, once you have finished a course you and the other guests will sit, relax and dine on what you have cooked throughout the day. Each course will be matched with premium beverages selected by our sommelier.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

As the meals are matched with alcoholic beverages that are included in the price we require all guests to be over 18. Please contact us directly if you wish to request a relaxation on this policy.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL

Before making a booking please note that due to the small size of our classes we are unable to refund any monies should you not be able to attend.  If you are unable to attend we are able to keep your funds in credit to be used for a future class providing you give us a minimum of 14 days notice. If less than 14 days notice is given, then you will forfeit the funds.

If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer the ticket to someone who is available on that day. If this happens, please let us know so we know who to expect in the class.

Gift certificates are non-refundable for cash.
